Information Technology (IT) Support Analyst
Provides technical support for all products, departments, and locations:

§ AS400
§ Windows 2003 Domain
§ MS Exchange Server
§ MS ISA Server
§ Backup, Antivirus Applications
§ Image capture and delivery systems
§ Windows workstations
§ Network printing
§ Various desktop applications including MS Office
§ Managed WAN
Required Skills:
· Possess strong written and oral communication skills
· Exhibits exceptional Customer Service skills
· Demonstrates strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to allow efficient and effective problem identification and apply appropriate solution
· Illustrates high attention to problem description, detail, and impact
· Ability to understand and work in compliance with company security processes and regulatory requirements
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working in a fast paced and changing environment
· Ability to deal with multiple concurrent support issues and projects.
· Provides in-depth technical knowledge of Windows operating systems in a network environment
Required Technical Skills:
· Researches, tests, and implements technical solutions that are effective and limited in risk exposure
· Escalate issues to next level support when the solution is unknown or cannot be found within 30 minutes or is related to a pre-defined Critical System
· Ability to review system logs, monitor disk space, and make related recommendations
· Develops operating procedures to be followed by end users to assist with application training
· Maintains accurate documentation of hardware inventory, IP allocation, and software licensing
· Tests and Installs vendor supplied patches and updates
· Installs, configures, manages, and troubleshoots
o Windows desktop operating systems
o Network printers
o MS Office
o Network IP Addressing and Connectivity
o Active Directory
o Backup and Antivirus Applications
· Ability to learn and become proficient in other areas including, but not limited to:
o Administer Share and NTFS access permissions
o Administer Windows Group Policy
o Demonstrates working knowledge of RDMS concepts and perform data query and analysis
o Administer DNS, DHCP, and Windows Services
o Administer user accounts, print jobs, report jobs, and queries on AS400 platform
Education and Experience
· Degree/college diploma in Business or Computer Science or technical certification (Network+, MCP, MCSA, or MCSE)
· 2-5 years technical support experience
Working Environment:
· Normal work week schedule Monday – Friday business hours
· Occasional scheduled work after hours
· Occasional travel to branch within a single work day – company vehicles available
· Disaster recovery events and critical system outages will require extended work hours and possible overnight travel
· Modern business dress
· Lifting up to 60 pounds with assistance
